This small bacon curing kit is a great introduction to home charcuterie.
The kit includes the same components as our other bacon curing kit, but has the addition of natural smoke flavouring in the cure (made from real hickory smoke) to enhance the flavour.
We created this kit because people were contacting us with advice on how to smoke the bacon they’d made with our #1 bacon kit. We were happy to provide advice and plans for them and have now decided to make it really easy for those of you that don’t want to go to the effort of crafting a smoker at home.
